Thank You Letters

A small token of appreciation goes a long way.

Donors have generously provided funding to the sole purpose of helping students with their post-secondary expenses.

Therefore, once awards are presented at the convocation ceremonies, recipients are expected to mail or email a letter of thanks to their donor(s), ideally before the end of July. Donor information is in the envelope presented on grad night.

A copy of the letter must be also sent to the appropriate Foundation chairperson by email (psbf@sd67.bc.ca):

Attn: Ms. Jaicee Payette – Secondary School Chairperson
penhichair@gmail.com

Attn: Mr. Jim Kocsis – Princess Margaret Secondary School Chairperson
maggiechair2024@gmail.com

Please watch the short video, “How to Write a Bursary/Scholarship Thank You Letter” to help guide you in the process. Also, refer to the thank you letter sample to help get you started.
