How To Apply

& Awards Directory

Application Details: In Semester 2, there will be an information session for grade 12 students, either live or online. After this session the application process will open and the application form will be available on your school’s website. There is also a ‘How To Apply’ video on this website to help you as well.

Please note that the application form is for all awards. Once you have carefully read the awards information and completed the application form, you should have provided all the information necessary to allow the selection committee to match awards requirements to your qualifications. Your school counsellor can also provide you with some guidance and assistance as well.

Follow these steps to apply:

All applicants should be taking a full-time program as defined by an accredited post-secondary institution in their first year following their graduation.

1

Review the Awards Directory

Awards are for students at PSS, PMSS and SSS. Some are for one school only, and/ or include the others. Use the legend to help you browse the entire list of awards to see what you may be eligible for.

Be sure to read the descriptions carefully so you can complete the online application accurately.

2

Fill out the Application

The application is two parts: paper consent form and online application form. All applicants must complete a written paper application consent form which you can pick up at your school information session or from your school counsellor and return to the counsellor when complete.

Then visit your school’s website to access the second part of the application form.

3

Submit the Application

Submit both parts of the application by the deadline.

The paper consent form is submitted to your counsellor.

The online application is submitted on your school’s website.

The Bursary and Scholarship Foundation will not accept late submissions.

The board encourages you to review all awards however they have compiled a list of helpful search terms to help you refine your queries. Copy and paste your desired term into the search field to review applicable awards.
