Marilyn Tyfting

Marilyn was born and raised in Penticton and after graduating from Penticton Secondary School she went to UBC where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration. She is currently the Chief Corporate Officer of TELUS International, and became a Director of the Foundation in 2021. As a advocate of education and the proud daughter of Len and Lorna Cox she is grateful to all of the volunteers who have worked so hard to keep the Foundation growing and is eager to continue her father’s legacy by working with the Board to ensure that financial support to the students of Penticton through Scholarships and Bursaries continues well into the future.
